Callie

Callie

Bob & Sharon (my former next-door neighbors) had us over for a St. Patrick's Day dinner of corned beef & cabbage. It was wonderful! While we were there I grabbed this shot of one of their cats.

This one looks just like mine. A calico with a very small head.

Damm, he must eat all the leftovers! He needs a treadmill! A perdonal trainer and to stop thinking that that ball is edible.
He does look handsome, we had a callie, although we called ours Tiger! Tiger was a stray, we took him in and fed him our buggies, well, he had eyes for the biggies but always got screamed at for looking like she was going to teach that bird a lesson....she did catch it once....it survived, the CAT got punished by my dad, and after that never wanted to look at the Bird again......the cat took off one day never to return? I guess he was given an option, or made an offer he could not refuse.....afterall we are Italian.

Love the wonderful gaze that you captured!

p.s. do a lot of people in Arizona wear cowboy/cowgirl boots? I posted a photo of one of my ceramic cowboy/cowgirl boots. I gave the other one to my sister. We grew up on a ranch. I used to wear cowboy boots.......
